Hi! I'm a freelance digital artist with over 3 years of experience. I work full-time creating custom VTuber models and character art for clients around the world.I also stream and love playing games, which helps me stay connected with the VTuber and online community.I’m passionate about bringing characters to life and making sure each commission feels personal and polished. GENERAL COMMISSION INFO BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME !!!!
♰ Commission go by order of payment, so first come first serve
♰ If Commission goes against twitter/ YouTube or Twitch's rules I am not at fault (since It was your request).
♰ I only work with 18+ clients
♰ I do not work under deadlines unless discussed which will result in fees. (DM for inquiry).
♰ Depending on the demand and complexity please be aware of the time process it takes to fulfil your commission may take me 1-6 weeks (Could be completed earlier depending on the work load. Rush fee is available!)
♰ I Have a right to cancel commission if I feel like I am being abused or harassed, if a commission is cancelled you will receive a Refund and depending on the circumstances may be banned from my services
♰ I have the right to post and use previous commissions as a show of work, unless a NDA has been purchased.
TERMS OF SERVICE
♰ Failure to respond within 48Hrs will result in your commission being dropped during the consultation phase, or will automatically be cancelled, if you are still interested in commission just send through another request form.
♰ If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
♰ All prices shown on the website are my starting Prices and may vary depending on complexity and additional details, the final price will be given after the inquiry.
♰I will not accept Payments without consolation DO NOT PAY ME UNTILL I HAVE SPOKEN TO YOU
♰ I prefer payment in full but am willing to do payment plans, but you will not receive commission until it is paid in full NO EXCEPTIONS.
♰ Based Prices are in USD VGEN AUTO CONVERTS TO YOUR COUNTRIES CURRENCY SO NO NEED TO CONVERT PRICES.
♰There may be a sales fee on commissions exceeding $500 total of around 5%REVISIONS
♰ Revisions are depending on the service if a SKEB commission revisions do not apply and will need to be purchased!
♰ Revisions are unlimited during the sketch phase for some of my services after sketch is approved 1 major revisions per stageDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
♰ I may decline the rush request if I feel like I wouldn't be able to complete the commission by the deadline, Rush C is not applicable to Vtuber model art or rig.
♰ RUSH TYPE DELIVERY TIME FEE
RUSH A Up to 2 weeks +100%
RUSH B Up to 7 days +200%
RUCH C Up to 3 days +300%USE/COPYRIGHTS
♰ You cannot reproduce artwork for selling purposes if commercial prices were not purchased.
♰ Taking credit for the artwork is in violation of copyright and is prohibited, credit must be given to the rightful owner.
♰ Individuals (not companies) may use the commissioned work for promotional / streaming purposes without paying for commercial rights. Crediting is still a must!
♰ By agreeing to my Terms of service you are agreeing to me posting my work of your commissions on to my platforms and are also ok with me streaming it unless you are wanting a NDA in which fee's may apply.
♰ Changing or altering my artwork without my permission is Strictly prohibitedREFUNDS
♰ If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, I have the right to cancel and refund you the full price.
♰ If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
♰ If you decide to cancel your commission before sketch approval and payment has been sent, you may be refunded 50% of the total price.
♰ Payment is non-refundable, except there is an issue on my end. In that case you may be refunded 100% of the total price if paid full upfront. Please note that the waitlist fee is non-refundable.
♰ In case you had a partial payment plan and decided on cancelling the commissions, you won't be asked to finish the rest of the payment.
♰ Deposits for spots in queue are non-refundable unless I am unable to complete the commission on my end.COMMUNICATION
